Have you ever thought about how you just need a little light to help you see the way?
I was walking through my house and went in the laundry room where it was dark. I had my phone in my hand and just touched the front of it so it would light up. I pointed it to the ground and it gave me just enough light to see where I was going.
We are all called to be light.
Sometimes that calling seems too much.
But just a little light could be enough for someone to see the way and know they aren’t in complete darkness.
You don’t have to constantly be a flood light.
Just a little light is needed.
Simply a kind word, a text, a coffee, or a smile might be the glimmer someone needs today.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. Ephesians 5:8
Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world. Philippians 2:14-15
