Make sure Christ is the center of the life of the person you choose to be with.
It might not seem like a big deal now, but as hard things enter your life (and they will), Christ is the reason you will be able to endure them.
If you want to be with someone who is kind, gentle, faithful, patient, good and full of self control, they need Jesus.
If you want a marriage to be a peaceful marriage filled with love and joy, you both need Jesus.
Christ needs to be the foundation for your relationship.
Two lives dedicated to Christ, building their relationship on Him is so important.

You and your future spouse can’t do it alone, you need Jesus.
He is the source of wisdom.
He is the source of love.
And if you both rely on Him, He will always direct you where you need to go even when you can’t see it.
