“Not everyone has a dream and God tells them what they should do.”
This is something my daughter told me as we were talking about future plans.
I completely agreed. I’d say most people don’t have a dream where God reveals to them what He wants them to do.
But I do believe God will still guide and direct us if we are seeking Him.
If we are praying and asking God for wisdom on decisions we must make, He will guide us.
If we pray for Him to open and close doors for us, He will guide us.
If we put Him first, read and study His word, and seek His will, He will guide us.
That doesn’t mean we’ll know the path we’re on is the right one.
We walk by faith, not by sight.
We may not see it now, but one day, we’ll be able to look back and see how everything we did and everywhere we went prepared us for what God had planned for us.
If we are seeking God and trusting in Him, He will guide our steps.
